Hall
The 1st Sailors Bay Hall is located at 43 Eastern Valley Way, overlooking Sailors Bay creek. Market Garden Park is across the road and Warners Park is behind the Hall (access via stairs at the end of Tarakan Crescent).
Parking is available on the street, and there’s room for a few cars within the grounds.
The Hall has two halls – the ante hall X x X and the main hall X x X. Both halls have been freshly painted and feature floorboards. There is also modern kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge, and dishwasher as well as crockery, cutlery and glassware for up to 50 people. Tables and chairs are also available. There are male and female bathrooms, as well as a campfire circle.
The Hall is suitable for most events, including celebrations, meetings and weddings, although parties are restricted to daytime hours because the venue is in a residential area. Use of camping and other equipment is not permitted.
The Hall is not available for hire for birthday parties of people between the ages of 15-30.

Costs
$200 for a half-day event, $300 for a full-day event. $750 for a weekly event (a substantial discount). We also offer $100 for a “reserve” wet-weather booking, typically for children’s birthday parties. You must pay $50 in advance to reserve the Hall. If it rains and you use the Hall then the further $150 fee is payable after using the hall. If it does not rain, the $50 deposit will not be refunded.
